Talking to Collider while promoting his most recent film, I, Tonya, Stan talked about the experience of working on the most recent Avengers set. I didn’t read a script for the last movie, so I was kind of in the dark,” he said. Secrecy with a shooting script is de rigueur for tentpole films like this, but it seems like a bit of an extreme measure for a character as important to the franchise as the Winter Soldier.
The status of his character has, after all, been one of Captain America’s major character motivations over the last films he’s appeared in. Maybe Bucky just won’t be playing that big a role in Infinity War after all. Or maybe secrecy is really that important to Marvel. Now I’m wondering: did anyone get to read the full script? Surely Robert Downey, Jr. Marvel’s army of actors named Chris got to read it, right?

I would have not killed Charles but had him captured and Logan was only able to rescue Laura.
At the final battle I watched the mutant children take down and kill the main bad guy but they didn’t stop X2. I would have had that group of solders bring Charles with them and as X2.
Logan onto the tree stump Charles using his last strength walks up behind X2. X2. 4 slowly stabs him with his claws then falls to the ground paralyzed by Charles and some of the mutant kids. Logan is then freed and falls on the ground next to X2.
Charles dying from his wounds. He holds Laura’s hand as he is holding Charles hand and Charles put his hand on Logans head like a father to a child and Charles says again like in the farmhouse bedroom that their is alway still time for a life like this (meaning a family) and they both die.#3 A few beats later you hear X2. Laura” and you see a wife shot of Charles hands on the head of Logan and X2.
Charles used his last power to transfer Logans consciousness into X2. XMen The Last Stand when his mind went into his twin brother. Logan with a new young body would then bury both his older self and Charles with the kids and Laura would have turned both their crosses to a X and Logan begins a new life with his daughter. I think that would have had a nice impact for Logan to start fresh with a family.#4 Finally watched it yesterday after avoiding spoilers like the plague.
It was great, I loved it. It’s definitely one of my favorite superhero movies. It felt very real and honest, like these characters really exist in our world. My only real nitpick is I wish we could have seen Logan and Laura connect a bit more, and also maybe a scene showing where the kids wound up once they crossed the border.#5 I also would have loved to see Liev Schrieber reprise his role as Victor, to me he was great as Sabretooth. Overall though, great film and great performances. Dafne Keen rocked as X2.
Thanks for the memories Hugh Jackman, you’ve had a great run.#6 This is the very best X- Men movie yet! It mixes sci- fi with the reality of what a war torn heroe ends up. The forgotten soldiers. Very similar to what lots of veterans of America live nowadays… the music really touches you inn a very profound way.#7 I loved this movie because it didnt have any of that disney bubbly crap. This movie was gritty and showed what the xmen is really about in tje first place …. Just like what happens in real life ppl crossing borders for a better life.#8 Xmen even though they have powers and are different they are still human deep inside and just want find happiness.
There are alternate universes and realities and future past present warping so i wouldn’t be surprised if this was just an alternate universe/future.#9 Best movie that I’ve had ever seen but Cannot believe that that’s the end of Logan or should I say hug Hackman I spelled he’s name wrong but It’s true I can’t picture him as a dead wolfviernes#1. Anyone else a little disappointed by the steelbook design? I would’ve just preferred it being the poster of Logan like in this photo or the one where he’s carrying Laura.
